The download runs from 184 MB on Windows to 434 MB on Linux. The voices arrive on first launch (~86 MB) and the transcription model the first time you dictate (~660 MB), then everything works offline.

The Mac build isn't code-signed yet, so macOS will hesitate the first time. Right-click the app and choose Open, and you'll only be asked once.
